Main Floor
Formal Entry (20 x 12 x 22) – Welcome through a custom design 8’ iron Door with a rippled glass window that opens and is accented with detailed wrought iron scrolling. Additionally there is a 6 paned transcend window above the stately well-made door. Hand Scraped Old World Style random 2” planked solid red oak flooring with dark brown stain with a satin polyurethane finish. Painted tawny yellow plastered walls with a skip trowel finish. Complete solid oak curved staircase stained in a rich oak finish from the balusters down to the solid stained first wooden step with the remained stairs covered with a neutral sculpted berber. Complemented by two volutes with dark stained oak columns with wrought iron spindles that capture an inverted “S” scroll & double twisted wrought iron baskets. Painted white satin 9” raised flat baseboards topped with molded trim. The 22’ foyer is adorned with 6” painted stacked crown molding throughout the hall. Antiqued styled twisted wrought iron chandelier with a 16 light opaque alabaster styled lampshades adorns the entry ceiling. This exquisite dark bronze chandelier is triple tiered with scroll & leaf designs. The entry opens through 3 different Archways that lead to the Formal Dining Room, Family Room, Master Gallery Walkway and the Formal Living Room. Inset in the hand scraped floors of the foyer is a large 3.5’ tumbled marble medallion. Formal Living (14 x 14 x 10) – Immediately to the left of the foyer, the direction of the hand scrapped Old World Style flooring turns 90 degrees and leads you through a large arch into the formal living room drawing you towards the full masonry Austin Stone Fireplace with a stone hearth at the floor level with the hand laid stone leading all the way up to the ceiling. The mantel is designed from dark stained stacked oak. The fireplace opening is arched with selective stone above the arch to make a keystone type pattern. This room’s walls are of a skip-trowel texture with a tawny yellow finish. The walls are completed with tall white painted baseboards & triple stacked painted 6” crown molding. Four can lights illuminate the room with one spotlight over the fireplace. Additionally, there are two flush mounted speakers in the ceiling and wired sound system with controls. There are three archways from the formal living area where two lead back to the foyer and the third leads to the master gallery walkway to the master suite.
Formal Dining (15 x 13 x 10) – Immediately to the right of the foyer, the direction of the hand scrapped Old World Style flooring turns again 90 degrees and leads you through another large arch into the Formal Dining Room. The formal dining room retreats through a set of double 10 paned 8’ French Doors with dark oil rubbed bronze levers to the front outside stone & brick patio. Leading into the kitchen, there are also a set of narrow double 8’ solid core satin white finished French doors with applied double plaques which also have identical hardware as the Glass Windowed French doors leading into the front sitting porch. The walls are accented with 36” satin white painted wainscoting with tawny yellow painted skip trowel finishing. The ceiling is decorated with painted stacked crown molding and a central plaster styled center ceiling medallion with an architecturally designed scroll leaf motif and additional exquisite designs throughout the medallion. From the ceiling medallion, hangs a beautiful 9-light, dark wrought iron, crystal chandelier. This old world style fixture has candle stick styled lights with lovely ornate curved arms accented with beautifully cut crystals.
Kitchen (16 x 15 x 10) – Through the painted French doors with applied plaques from the dining room, you enter into kitchen with the 18” diamond pattern tiled flooring with a slate style finish in an earthy rust color. The exquisite cabinetry is constructed of bead board/boxcar styled antique finished almond painted wood that has scrupulously carved spiral corners on the cabinetry with spiral bronze drawer pulls and double “S” spirals for pan drawer pull handles. There are 15 lower cabinets, 14 upper cabinets with 6 of the upper doors finished in 6-panel antiqued ripple/blown patterned glass doors and under cabinet lighting. There are 18 drawers including 3 oversized pan drawers. The solid granite countertops are constructed of 3cm Baltic brown granite including a large granite island. Constructed on one side of the island are 3 custom made cookbook bookshelves. On the cooktop/oven side of the kitchen, the granite is complimented by a 4” lightly colored tumbled marble back splash set on the diagonal creating a nice diamond pattern. The other side of the kitchen with the sinks has 2”x4” light tumbled marble tiled backsplash that is laid in a brick pattern. Over the massive island hangs a 6-light oval wrought iron wagon wheel styled light fixture by two matching chains with frosted glass shades and pan or cup hooks welded within the light. Additional illumination of the kitchen is provided by 7 can lights throughout the 10’ ceiling. The stainless steel appliances within this chef’s dream kitchen include a built-in counter depth Jenn-Air® side-by-side refrigerator with all glass shelving. The external 500-gallon propane tank powers the industrial style Dacor® 5 gas burner stovetop. Additionally there are Jenn-Air double convection ovens, a stainless Asko® energy efficient dishwasher and a programmable GE® microwave oven. The pantry has an 8’ solid core entry door with applied painted plaques and an oil rubbed bronze French levered handle with built-in can/spice rack shelving on the interior side of the painted door. Within the pantry, there are 6 deep shelves on 2 walls with an additional outlet for appliances that might need to charge inside of the pantry itself. Below the solid slab granite breakfast bar are the stainless steel double under mount kitchen sinks with an In-Sink-Erator® pro disposal 333™ quiet system. Above the sink is the stainless “J hook” faucet with a pull out sprayer, two levered oil rubbed bronze faucet levers & soap dispenser. There is a quaint outside brick patio that is between the kitchen and breakfast area through a single window pane door that leads to side yard and driveway.
Breakfast Area (14 x 12 x 10) – Separated by a raised breakfast bar with an angled solid slab 3cm granite countertop with seating for 3 full sized, armed, raised bar stools. The breakfast bar is supported by natural Austin stone with light mortar that extends down to the 18” tiled floor that extends from the kitchen throughout the breakfast room. The Breakfast Area is a central point of this home open to the kitchen, family room, wet bar, and the back hallway which leads to the laundry room, workstation area, mud area and guest suite. There are several exterior doors from the breakfast area that are all 8’ solid core painted French doors with a large single panned window that lead to the north side quaint brick patio and courtyard that leads to the driveway, and the other French doors lead to the backyard patio and pool. The tan walls are painted over a skip trowel finish. The ceiling is adorned with 4” stacked painted crown molding with an exquisite central wrought iron 6-light chandelier with crystal cut faceted balls inset in the black wrought iron fixture with sculpted leaf accents. The west side of the breakfast area has two large single paned windows with 2” custom wood blinds. Additionally, the windows are finished with a beautiful custom molded painted trim around the windows and sills.
Wet Bar (4 x 4 x 10) – Entering the full service wet bar through the breakfast area crossing a transition tile threshold of hand placed tile pieces mortared into the flooring, the countertops are Baltic brown solid 3 cm slab granite with 2”x4” light tan tumbled marble backsplash. There are two windows with 2” painted wood blinds and sills. There is a third pass-thru window into the family room that has a raised solid granite ledge that is contoured as it jets out 1”-1.5” into the family room. The walls are tan with a skip trowel finishing. The cabinetry is a stain rich oak with one upper cabinet on one side of a window with a complementing stained wine wrack on the adjacent side of the window that holds up to 17 bottles of your finest spirits. There is additional storage within the three lower stained cabinets that all adorn antique styled brass rope hardware. There is a counter depth built in Kitchen Aid® - superba™ circulating icemaker with a stainless steel finish. Additionally, there is a flush mount Vinotemp® Los Angeles CA glass front with stainless trim refrigeration system that can hold numerous varying sized beverages. The exquisite hammered undermount copper square bar sink has 12 raised stars, three on each side that had to the refinement of this bar. The faucet is a brushed bronze “J” neck style with dual levered handles. The flooring is an earthy rustic color 18” porcelain tiles that have a transition strip into the breakfast area of broken pieces of tile & marble to separate the rooms as you pass through the archway. In addition to all natural & adjacent lighting the wet bar is additionally illuminated by a single can light.
Family Room (20 x 18 x 10) – The Family Room is the central focal point of this home with positioning and openness to the surrounding rooms. As you enter the family room, you are drawn to the magnificent stained cast stone full masonry fireplace with trimmed accents on the fireplace opening on the only brick veneered wall within the room. From the foyer, the family room is entered through a large arch as you pass under the upstairs landing. Additionally, the family room shares open space from the breakfast area & a pass through window from the wet bar. The flooring is a lush tan shag carpet with the complete perimeter of the room bordered in 18” porcelain tiles so that you can go completely through the foyer around the family room to the back of the house without ever having to walk on the carpet in the family room. On either side of the custom fireplace are two painted Federal Style built-in custom cabinets with finials on top of each cabinet. One of the built-ins has 5 divided shelves & 4 closed cabinets below. On the left side of the fireplace, the large built-in is completely enclosed to accommodate a full size plasma or flat screen television with pocket doors. Additionally, there are four upper & four lower cabinets to store all your audio/visual equipment & stereo systems as well as any accessories. There are also 4 flush ceiling mounted speakers that are hardwired within the audio/visual built-in cabinet. In the center of the room is a 5 bladed ceiling fan with 4 alabaster-styled shaded lights. Within the family room is a curved alcove with a 9’ painted ceiling and 4 windows that are all covered with 2” painted wood blinds. Within the alcove there is an additional single opaque alabaster style ceiling mounted fixture with a glass shade. The family room is additionally illuminated by 6 flush-mounted can lights and 1 spot light that shines over the mantel of the fireplace. The walls & ceiling are painted with a rich tawny color with double stacked white painted crown molding at the ceiling & with in the alcove. Master Suite (16 x 19 x 14) – From the foyer, you follow the hand scraped wood floors to the gallery walkway around the formal living room to the master suite, but first you’ll pass a huge arts & crafts storage closet with an 8’ painted solid core door with applied plaques; there’s lots of shelving & storage in this out of the way but very accessible closet. Next you enter the master suite through it’s own 3’x8’ painted solid core door with two applied plaques with oil rubbed French styled bronze levered handles. The master bedroom is floored with a deep tawny tan full shag carpet with tall 8” painted baseboards with top molding. The walls are painted tan with a hip styled vaulted ceiling with a bronze, scrolled alabaster shaded ceiling fan with a schoolhouse globe. There is a rustic light cherry stained solid oak built-in armoire with 6 cabinet doors that open up to house room for the television and entertainment system. The room is wired for 5.1 surround sound speakers with controls. There are two floor length windows on the east side of the bedroom and on the west is a sitting area within a curved alcove with a 9’ ceiling that compliments the alcove in the family room. The sitting area has 3 large windows with 2” painted blinds.
Master Bathroom (13 x 17 x 9) – From the Master Bedroom, you enter the master bathroom through a pair of painted solid core 1.5’x8’ solid core painted French doors with dual applied plaques on each side of the doors with dark oil rubbed bronze finished French levered door handles. The flooring is a beautiful 18”x18” and 6”x6” diamond laid travertine tiles with a combination of crème to tan colors with exquisite veining. The furniture style vanities are both ball & claw foot styled with a rich dark oak staining. Immediately within the master bath is the armoire styled linen cabinet with ball & claw feet has four doors with lots of shelving & storage within it’s dark stained oak doors. The raised “His” vanity has a solid marble countertop with rich veining with a porcelain undermount Kohler® sink. The faucet is an oil-rubbed, copper finished “J” hook with wide set matching levered handles. There are two lower cabinets & two upper drawers. Over the vanity is a brass three light fixture mounted within the large mirror that goes from the back of the vanity to the just below the ceilings crown molding. Between the two vanities is the painted 8’ solid core painted door to the Master closet with two applied plaques and dark French curved oil rubbed bronze levers. Next is the “Hers” extra large vanity & dressing table. It is an “L” shaped furniture style vanity with multiple ball & claw feet with 5 lower cabinets & 5 upper drawers including one extra large drawer that can accommodate large electrical items like flat iron, hair dryers and curling irons. A 3-light brass fixture illuminates the sink side of the “Hers” side of the vanity with the large dressing side illuminated by the complimenting 4-light fixture that are mounted into the 90˚ mirrored wall. The countertops are identical solid slab marble throughout the bathroom. The sink & hardware & faucets are the same copper “J” hook styled as “His” sink. The master spa tub is a rounded heart shape with multiple spa jets. The faucet is a large, oil rubbed copper “J” hooked with wide set French levers & a matching pull out sprayer. The corner bathtub has two windows at 90˚ angle. The backsplash is two rows of long 12”x3” tumbled stone tiles with 1” darker diamond shaped stone tiles to accent the top of the custom design. The dual shower with both a rain style and regular dark bronze colored showerheads & independent levered controls. The enclosed shower with custom glass door is walled with large travertine stone tiles with a ribbon of small diamond patterned tiles, and the bottom of the shower is a checker board pattern of 1” square tiles in varying light & dark colored tumbled stone. There is also a separate Johnny room with it’s own solid core painted door for complete privacy. Adjoining the master bathroom is the master workout room with an exterior door to the water volleyball sized pool. There are also flush mounted speakers and sound system control panel in the master bathroom that are wired for additional music within the bathroom.

This room has a durable berber carpet, two mirrored walls and the west wall has two large windows with 2” painted wooden blinds over looking the pool with fully trimmed window sills. The entire room has tall painted baseboards with additionally molding at the top. There is double-stacked crown molding around the entire painted ceiling. The large 5-blade stained ceiling fan has a schoolhouse globe. This room also has corner-mounted audio/visual for mounting televisions or screens/monitors that you might use during your workout. There is also an 8’ single glass pane door that leads out to the patio if you need a quick dip in the pool after your workout. This room is large enough to accommodate a stationary bicycle, treadmill and weights.
Guest Bedroom/ Study (13 x 12 x 10) – Wonderful placement of a second main floor bedroom. This room is completely separate from the rest of the home located in the back corner adjacent to the garages. It makes a wonderful guest retreat or optimal placement for a private study. This room has a pop-up boxed ceiling from 9’ to 10’ with 4” crown molding and a center ceiling fan & light fixture. The room has beige shag carpet with 6” painted floor molding. This room has 4 windows, all with milled windowsills with stacked painted molding. Additionally, all the windows are covered with 2” painted wood blinds. The extra large closet has extensive shelving & three hanging rods and has fluorescent lighting.
Guest Bathroom (5 x 5 x 10) – This is a great bathroom! From the solid granite counter top that is a champaign color with brown embellishments and sparkling crystals to the crackled glass bowel vessel styled basin that sits on top of the counter. The antique styled faucet with a single lever is finished in an antiqued copper. This lavatory is furniture styles will ball and claw feet that are a rich white painted solid oak with a large framed mirror hanging overhead. Above the mirror, is a three light fixture with alabaster styled glass shades. The flooring is a 18” tile in a natural terra cotta stone coloring that is laid on the angle. There is an additional painted cabinet mounted above the commode. This bathroom is entered through the guest bedroom or the back hallway that makes it an excellent pool bath. Both doors are solid core 8’ door with dual applied plaques with oiled bronze levered hardware.
Utility Room (11 x 6 x 10) – The utility room has a laundry room sink and 8 upper built-in painted cabinets with two lower cabinets as well as a plant ledge. The flooring is the continuous 18” tile from the kitchen/breakfast area through the back hallway. There is also a transition threshold into the utility room of broken pieces of stone & tile grouted into the flooring.

Staircase – The double voluted curved bridal staircase has a solid oak and hand scraped curved first step. The staircase is carpeted with a light textured carpet that is trimmed on each tread with stained risers. The oak stained hand turned balusters and handrail are complemented by the wrought iron rails throughout the staircase that have a combination of patterns that include curved scrolling with alternating straight with accent pieces on them. The staircase has two additional insets with individual spotlights for displaying special pieces or other works of art. There are three stair lights for illuminating the steps at night. At the top of the staircase is a landing that is open to two bedrooms and a gameroom. The upstairs landing has 7” crown molding and 6” painted baseboards.
Second Floor
Gameroom (20 x 14 x 10) – The gameroom is situated to the right of the landing at the top of the stairs. Through the double painted dual plaques doors into the spacious gameroom, there is a tall hip vaulted ceiling with a large skylight. There are four windows that are covered with 2” painted wood blinds. Two of the windows have a direct view of the pool below while the other two windows open up to the balcony. There is a ½ door with a single applied plaque that is locked attic space. This room is also carpeted, has can lights and flush mounted speakers in the ceiling wired with sound system speaker controls. Through the gameroom, you enter an additional part of the home that includes a balcony, full bath and a multi-level media room.
