Another Letter of Thanks To Rob

Rob McIntosh listed our house like a pro.  Rob McIntosh marketed our house like a pro.  Rob McIntosh showed our house like a pro.  Rob McIntosh represented us as buyers like a pro—and that’s what he is:  a true professional in the real estate market.

It was mid-July and we were toying with the idea of selling our house in Seis Lagos and downsizing.  I kept the superb website as a favorite on my computer, since I regularly checked it for information about Lucas, the Lovejoy School District, and the surrounding communities.  When I logged onto the site, I noticed that two houses just blocks away had “Now Under Contract” on them, with Rob McIntosh as the listing agent.  Maybe this was the right time to list our house, since houses seemed to be moving in our neighborhood.  So we contacted Rob, and he was at our house in just a few hours. 

To keep the story simple, Rob listed our house, marketed it on the web site, and had a contract for our asking price in less than one week.  In fact, the house was officially on the market for only two days when we received our first contract.  A back-up contract was to follow within days, leaving several potential buyers upset that they had not found the house first. 

But what is extremely amazing is that the buyers purchased the home without ever seeing the property.  They had only seen the buyer-friendly website, including the photographs and the virtual tour Rob had arranged. 

From start to finish, Rob McIntosh was the type of real estate professional all buyers and sellers should have represent them.  He promptly returned our calls and emails and treated us as if we had known him for years.  We appreciate all that he did for us, and we have recommended him to many of our acquaintances who are interested in real estate transactions.

Hats off to Rob McIntosh for being both a friend and a professional in making the sale of our home so easy.  If we ever sell again, we know who to call—Rob McIntosh.
